ABOUT STRANDHAVEN 

Strandhaven Group Limited  is an independent chain of community pharmacies located around East London. We have been actively providing our pharmaceutical services and products to our local communities for 35 plus years. 

All the pharmacies within our group strive towards ensuring the highest quality of healthcare to all our customers, and are dedicated to continuously enhancing and developing our services to meet their needs.

Alongside to providing NHS and Private Dispensing services, we take pride in providing many additional enhanced and advanced for our customers, such as:

COMMENTS & COMPLAINTS

Our aim is to deliver excellence and give the highest possible standard of service in order to meet all our patients needs and expectations. We therefore welcome all general comments and feedback.

 

If there is ever a complaint, we kindly recommend patients to contact the branch specific pharmacy managers or the Superintendent Pharmacist in order to resolve any complaints promptly. The contact information can be found on the branches page. (View Branches)

Alternatively, the NHS has a complaint procedure that can be located on NHS Choices.

You may also seek advice from your local Patient Advice and Liaison Service. Though this service is not part of the NHS complaints procedure itself, they may be able to resolve your concerns informally or provide more information about the complaints procedure. 0844 600 1225.

If the complaint is regarding the NHS then the Independent Complaints Advocacy Services may be an option for you to reach out to. ICAS can be contacted on 0300 4568349.
